3. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I love making custom pieces. You can request specific colors, sizes, or patterns. Just contact me with your ideas and I’ll give you a quote.

4. Can I provide my own yarn?

In most cases, yes. If you’d like me to work with yarn you already own, please let me know. I’ll confirm if it’s suitable for the design you want.

5. How do I care for my crochet items?

  • Hand wash gently in cool water.

  • Use mild soap or wool wash.

  • Lay flat to dry (do not wring or tumble dry).

This helps your handmade piece last for years.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

7. What is your return/refund policy?

Because each item is handmade, I cannot accept returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged. Please contact me within 7 days if there’s an issue.

8. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please send photos right away. I’ll do my best to replace or repair the item, or issue a refund if necessary.
